Challenge
The WeBuyCarsDxb were on a tight deadline to get to market as quick as possible in the competitive vehicle buying/selling market in Dubai.
Here were some of the key challenges:
- Instant vehicle valuation. The website had to have the ability to give instant and accurate valuations depending on the user's vehicle details.
- CRM Dashboard. To manage all the appointment bookings and perform tweaks to the valuation engine.
- Tech support. WeBuyCarsDxb were a newly formed company with no tech team to support them. We had to guide them throughout the journey of company formation to going live.
Solution
We contracted a team of designers to come up with the user experience and designs alongside the WeBuyCarsDxb team.
Our team supported WeBuyCarsDxb in setting up all the technology infrastructure including domain registration, email server set up, etc.
The pluscode team developed a vehicle valuation engine for WeBuyCarsDxb based Machine Learning models trained on hundreds of thousands of vehicle datasets.
