Our process - How we work
We are committed to efficiency and maximizing our resources to deliver the highest value to our clients.

Discovery
We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and goals, embedding ourselves in their every day operations to understand what makes their business tick.
This phase is essential for ensuring that everyone involved has a clear understanding of the project’s goals, requirements, and constraints before moving on to the design and development phases.
At the end of this phase, we would have a comprehensive plan and, more importantly timelines and ways of working defined.
Included in this phase
Stakeholder interviews. The team conducts interviews with key stakeholders to understand their needs, goals, and expectations. This includes clients, end-users, and anyone else involved.
Requirements Gathering. Detailed requirements are gathered and documented. This may involve creating user stories, use cases, and functional requirements.
Problem Definition. The team works to clearly define the problem that the solution is intended to overcome. This includes understanding the pain points and challenges faced by users.
Project Plan & Estimations. A project plan is developed outlining the key phases, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities. A rough estimate of the budget is also provided based on the gathered requirements and project scope.

Build
Based off of the discovery phase, we develop a comprehensive roadmap for each product and start working towards delivery.
This phase is iterative, meaning that it often involves revisiting and refining features as development progresses. We would be in constant communication with you during this phase to ensure success.
Included in this phase
Design Implementation. The designs created during the discovery phase (such as wireframes, mockups, and UX/UI designs) are translated into actual code. This may involve frontend and backend development.
Documentation. Documentation is created and updated to reflect the development work. This includes knowledgebases, API documentation, and user manuals.
Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD). The solution is continuously integrated and deployed through automated pipelines, ensuring that changes are regularly tested and released.

Delivery
This phase is critical in ensuring that the software is successfully transitioned from development to everyday use, with all the necessary support and documentation in place to help users get the most out of the product/service.
We focus on ensuring that the product is ready for use and meets the agreed-upon standards and requirements.
Included in this phase
User Acceptance Testing (UAT). In this phase, the solution is tested by end-users or stakeholders in a real-world environment. This helps confirm that the solution meets their needs and expectations before it is fully rolled out.
Post-Launch Support. After the software is live, ongoing support is provided to address any issues that arise, assist users, and ensure smooth operations. This includes monitoring the software for performance issues and providing relevant customer support.
Continuous Improvement. Based on feedback and performance data, future updates and improvements are planned and scheduled. This ensures that the solutions continues to evolve and meet users' needs over time.
